Jason Eric Kay, aged 38 and originally from Longmont, Colorado, was arrested Wednesday and three counts were brought against him for changing a label food with the intent to hurt a brand or company .

He will appear before the U.S. District Court Thursday.

The man admitted by written statement to FBI investigators that he was an artist and he considered that the changes made to the label were the pop art style of Andy Warhol.

#5 Mindy Lawton: is the FL waitress who sold her story to the British tabloid News of the World has gone on record to talk about Tiger’s privates as well as all the rough sex they had in the church parking lot. Pretty raunchy. She is also the least cute of the bunch at least in the photo that’s circulating. She needs to get some new pics out on the internet ASAP if she hopes to cash in further on her 15 minutes.
