Real Madrid fans celebrating in Cibeles King’s Cup

Dozens of fans of Real Madrid began arriving shortly after midnight at the iconic Cibeles fountain after the final whistle of the King’s Cup against FC Barcelona to celebrate the conquest of a title as the white team had 18 years without to win.
After the beep, which ended 120 minutes of stroke in Valencia’s Mestalla stadium, the fans ‘meringues’ started coming to the goddess Cybele, the symbol of Real Madrid to celebrate the King’s Cup against arch rival achieved.
The rain that from early in the night fell steadily in the capital did not prevent fans travel to the Cibeles fountain, well protected by fences and where the City deployed a special security device to potential crowds. Read the rest of this entry »
