Cycling, a sport where many young people begin their journey into the world of pedal, the teen-age, and where few will reach the peak of professionalism, a demanding sport, sacrificed, hard, yet exciting, pretty , that teaches you to see the reality of what it costs to achieve the goals in life.
A sport persecuted, cursed by the positive, as if all the evil of youth is only in this sport, but many more “positive” exist today in the daily lives of our youth, but the institutions do not want to see it. Do not want to justify this, one thing with another, but I think it is not hypocrisy to take only the best-selling story, the darkest that encourages curiosity and silence another part of reality. That really makes me sad.
While I recognize that we are not the best moment in cycling cyclist because we lack references, cyclists who engage in the hobby, corridors that lead to the roadside of the Basque Country, because the fans there and a lot, but now day you can say that remains dormant. So, whenever we get together with us talk about the past, the past that will not come again, but I think that where today there are embers were burning, and imparting to our children and our youth what this beautiful and humble sport, could be the path where new figures of this sport we would enjoy it again, putting back on the road to addiction.
Although cycling has changed a lot, as they are heading, on wheels, slower, slower yes, possibly up one of the hardest port of your life but I am convinced that if slow rise, in spite of the sorrows and many obstacles are finding in this long port, which must be added the last unfortunately, the tragic event of the Giro, but cycling continues … ..
