It is not often that legendary manager Terry Venables gets to help the little guys. With Nivea’s Great Football Experiment, though, he is taking this on as an entirely new challenge. The way the experiment works is really quite simple. It is a rags to riches story. The idea is to take an ordinary, amateur team and turn them into something special. The little guys in this context are the boys of Ivory, F.C. Ivory won the contest and get to work themselves into shape under the watch eye of Venables and company.

In addition to Venables, the experiment includes coach Ray Wilkins. With two top FA coaches on their side, Ivory are working hard to get better with each passing day. Nivea planned to show that with proper preparation, anything is possible. That “anything” includes turning a bunch of poor footballers into a team that could compete with some of the best in the world. Taking top coaches like Venables was a very important part of the process, to be sure.

Venables is helping these guys with their fitness and with their form. They are learning to play as a team and they are improving with each passing day. At the end of this experiment, the team will see just how far it has come. Some might argue that this club has fully transformed itself into a real team. The true test will come when Ivory face off against a team of English football legends. They will get a once in a lifetime opportunity to match up with a team that will test their new fitness levels and will test their new skill levels. Can they stand up to the challenge?

If the Ivory boys have learned from Venables and Wilkins, then they certainly stand a chance of being successful. Those are two of the most legendary coaches in the world and they possess a great deal of expertise. If the great experiment is successful, then Nivea will have shown that the right preparation is truly the most important aspect of coming out on top.

Teams are formed by mutants, but do not expect the mutant type X-men (with aunts included good sniff! ) are mutant type frogs, skeletons and the like.

Within each team, a number of characters capable of making plays more or less violent, that the program is called Nasty Plays. There are two game modes.
