FIFA is studying various scenarios
Ten technologies for determining the validity of a goal will compete and try to convince the committee of FIFA rules that require its arbitrators to help make the right decisions.
FIFA said Friday that the 10 systems, it has not identified, will be tested privately in his headquarters in Zurich next week by experts from a technological institute of the Swiss city.
A report will then be presented to the IFAB (International Football Association Board) after the test session conducted by the independent firm, said the international federation statement.
These tests are at the top of the list of the next annual revision of the Statutes of football IFAB – including FIFA and the four British associations – March 5 this year, Wales.
The IFAB also consider the possibility of UEFA (the European Federation) to use ls to five official system for Euro 2012.
Other proposed changes affect the objects thrown at the ground, the right of players to wear neck warmers and tights, and the possibility for arbitrators to score with a quickly fading paint where must hold the defensive wall on the ground.
The technologies used to judge the validity of a goal is a long time to stumble FIFA president Sepp Blatter, who hammered incessantly that human error is part of the game
However, Blatter has bowed to pressure and promised to reopen the debate at the last World Cup, after England had seen a goal against Germany be denied when the ball had clearly crossed the goal line . This goal in round 16 would have tied the game 2-2, but England eventually lost that game 4-1.
The IFAB said when she accepted the holding of these tests last October that “the indication that a goal has been scored and validated should be immediately below a second.” Only the match officials would receive this confirmation.
The panel will evaluate now the accuracy and relevance of the 10 proposed systems before making “a decision in principle” and “evaluate what could be the next step.”
Even if one of these systrèmes meets all the demands of FIFA, other discussions about commercial use and would use what competitions will be held before it is eventually approved.
Among the systems to be tested include the HawkEye, already used in tennis and cricket, and the system of the company Cairos, which places a chip in the magnetized ball and a magnetic field in the penalty area to confirm if the ball instantly crossed the goal line or not. Both systems have been rejected by the FA Board in 2008 and last March.
The IFAB is an old 125 years that includes members of the federations of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales over FIFA, which represents the 204 federated nations, referees, coaches and players. Each member holds a British vote and FIFA has four. A proposed rule must obtain the support of six votes for approval.

Néstor de la Torre, Attorney Code Of Ethics
Publicly before he met the new scandal that changed this week’s Tri troubled waters, the stringency of the code of conduct imposed Néstor de la Torre after taking over as national team director of the Mexican Football Federation in March 2009 had fallen over other players. But then nobody questioned the validity of it.
Still in those waters had not caught in the nets to any of the bigwigs who themselves were punished on Tuesday for indiscipline in the festivities at the hotel in Monterrey after 1-0 to Colombia in the final warm a couple of weeks.
In the youth teams had already been punished Toufic Guarch, the young man was lost Tecos FIFA U-20, and Martin Galvan, Cruz Azul’s promise that was outside the U-17. A higher level, goalkeeper Jesús Corona in disgrace over an incident in a nightclub and then was not considered for the World Cup was held this year in South Africa.
But this time it’s some of the players most experienced and talented Mexican soccer has. Almost all of them play or have played in European clubs and some are or have been captains of the Tri. Some former world champions U-17, along with other young people who represent the future of the Tri for the forthcoming World Cup 2014 in Brazil.

It is another penalty that seems a laugh considering the money they earn in their bulky contracts as professional footballers

Manchester City refuses to exchange Carlos Tevez
Manchester City have rejected a transfer request in writing by his star striker, Argentine Carlos Tevez, the club announced Sunday.
“It is with disappointment that we confirm to our supporters that Carlos Tevez Tevez gave us a transfer request in writing. The club also confirmed that it was rejected,” said Manchester City in a statement.
Eight days ago, Tevez did not hide his anger when his coach Roberto Mancini had left at the end of the match against Bolton. The incident was interpreted as a sign of deteriorating relations between Argentina and Italy.
The British press also argues for several months that Tevez was homesick and suffering from the absence of his two daughters remained in Argentina.
“Roberto Mancini and the whole club have shown and continue to be sensitive to the situation Carlos, including the fact that his family is abroad,” said City in a statement.
Suspended for Saturday’s game at West Ham (3-1), Tevez was given permission to travel to South America, said the club.
“The transfer request in writing contrasts sharply with the position posted by Carlos both in public and within the club,” added Manchester City.
In an interview with the club’s official magazine, published earlier this week, Tevez, still under contract for three and a half years, said he had no return permanently to Argentina or retire.
Manchester City has challenged “representatives” of the player, who asked several times in recent months a “renegotiation”. “In keeping with club policy is not to renegotiate contracts in mid-season, it was not accepted,” said City.
Manchester City has joined an interim head Saturday in the Premier League, trailing only on goal difference from Arsenal.
Tevez is second in the Championship scoring charts with ten goals for England.
Arrived from Manchester United 18 months ago, Argentina has made it essential for City, scoring 39 goals in 60 matches.
